Order tracking: Tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Real-time updates available via the tracking page.
Processing & delivery: Processing time: 1–3 business days (may be longer during holidays or sales). Delivery time starts once the order leaves the warehouse. Delivery speed depends on country and selected courier. Ensure address & phone number are correct to avoid delays.

Delivery method: Home delivery or nearest collection point, depending on shipping option.
Insurance & responsibility: Packages are insured during transit until delivery/signature. If signature is waived, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Shipping coverage: Worldwide shipping available. Exclusions apply (certain countries restricted due to regulations).
Shipping to another country: Yes - simply select the desired delivery address.
Duties & taxes: Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, this is calculated by your local customs. If your order is shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) duties and taxes are included in the price.
PO boxes / APO / FPO: DHL Express does not deliver to PO boxes.

Return process: If something isn’t quite right, just email us at shop@58grams.com with your order number and the email used for checkout. Guest orders are of course included.
Condition: Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached.
As our garments are worn directly on the skin, visibly worn items or items without tags can’t be accepted for return.
Fees: The original shipping costs aren’t refundable. The exact amount depends on your region and currency.
Multiple orders: Please send each order back separately so we can process everything smoothly.
Refund timing: Once your return reaches us, we process it right away. Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days and no later than 14 days.
Faulty / missing items: If anything arrived damaged or incomplete, just contact us at shop@58grams.com and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Accepted payment methods: Major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Options shown at checkout based on location.
Payment security: Payments are fully encrypted. 58g does not store or process card details directly. Transactions handled by leading payment providers.
Currency: Charged in € Euro or currency selected while shopping.

What size should I order?
The shirts are relaxed at the shoulders and regular through the body. For a looser fit, consider sizing up. Tommy Haas, for example, is 6’2” (1.88 m) and wears size XL.

To maximize the longevity of your new garments and minimize environmental impact, we recommend machine washing at low temperatures with an eco-friendly detergent. Always hang-dry, as tumble drying not only causes color fading and fiber loss but also consumes significant energy.
