Order tracking: Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Real-time updates are available via the tracking page.

Processing & delivery: Processing time: 1–3 business days (may be longer during holidays, sales, or when a release is newly launched or being restocked). Ensure your address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.

FedEx International Priority / Connect Plus
Last-mile carrier may vary by country.

Delivery method: Home delivery or nearest collection point, depending on the shipping option.

Insurance & responsibility: Packages are insured during transit until delivery or signature. If the signature is waived, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Shipping coverage: Worldwide shipping is available. Exclusions apply for countries restricted by regulations.

Shipping to another country: Yes. Simply select the desired delivery address.

Duties & taxes: We cannot estimate local duties. They are calculated by your local customs authority. If your order is shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), duties and taxes are included in the price.

PO boxes / APO / FPO: DHL Express does not deliver to PO boxes.
