Refund policy

Return process: Email shop@58grams.com with your order number and the email used for checkout. Guest orders are included.

Condition: Items may be returned if they are unworn, in their original condition and have all tags attached. Opened packaging is fine. Worn items or items without tags cannot be accepted.

Fees: A return fee applies and is deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Fees vary by region and currency.

Multiple orders: Do not combine returns from multiple orders, as this delays processing.

Refund timing: Refunds are processed once the return is received. They usually appear within 3–5 business days and no later than 14 days.
